Bio

Chris joined Moelis & Company in 2009 and is currently a Managing Director for Moelis Asset Management, which has investments in investment advisers and other businesses, including Archean Capital, Crossbeam, Freeport Financial, Gracie Credit, and Steele Creek. He has over 30 years of investment banking, fixed income, and asset management experience. Prior to joining Moelis, Chris spent 9 years at UBS Investment Bank, where he was Global Head of Credit Fixed Income and Regional Head of Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies for the Americas. Before UBS, Chris was Global Head of Syndicated Loans at Lehman Brothers. He began his career at Salomon Brothers. Chris received a AB in Mathematics and Economics Magna Cum Laude from Duke University.

Fun facts

- Delivered newspapers door-to-door in South Yonkers and The Bronx back when newspapers were still a thing

- For three years, chaired the Board of Trustees of a ~700-student, independent school for girls

- 20 million meters (and counting) on my Concept2 indoor rower.
